It is a key point of mine safety management that personnel safe management in mine production,which is closely related with mine production.Currently,the systematicness and organizational level of mine personnel safety management is not high,and there is still a huge gap between the actual mine production safety requirements and mine personnel safety management.Therefore,it is necessary to establish comprehensive assessment system of personnel safe in mine production,after analysis and assessment on impact factors of personnel safe in mine production.Based on safety behavior theory and research achievements in safety psychology and safety ergonomics,this paper makes comparison and selection about the main impact factors of personnel safe in mine production according to the actual mine production and situation.This paper makes analysis and study on staff individual factors, environmental factors, life events factors and biorhythms factors,and establishes assessment mathematical model for each factor.AHP and expandable evaluation method have been used to make safety assessment on mine production personnel.The assessment results has been proved coincident with actual situation by mine production practice.Safety warning information system of underground mine personnel has been established based on the research results of this paper.Taking SQL server database as application media,and Python language as development language,and integrated with middleware technology,the underground personnel safety analysis software has been set up to complete operations such as inputing, deleting, modifing and enquiring and makes comprehensive analysis and assessment on personnel safty condition of underground mine. The use of this system will effectively improve the level of safety warning and safety management in metal mine.
