Feasibility Research On Power Network Automation Of Shengli Oil Production Plant

This paper first reviews the status quo and development of Shengli Oil Production Plant, and analyzes the overall environment of electric distribution network construction in China, clearing the background and significance of this study. At the same time, this paper analyzes and summarizes the feasibility study, distribution network automation of related literature and research results, establishing the theoretical basis and focus of the paper.The main part of the article uses quantitative and qualitative analysis combining method giving a study on the Distribution Automation of Shengli oil production plant from the need for power distribution automation, technical feasibility and economic viability. Besides, the paper also simply studies the social feasibility for ensuring the systematic and accuracy of the study. On the necessity, the paper mainly analyzes power distribution automation functions with the existing distribution network operation problems; On the technical feasibility, the paper studies the information technology used in the power distribution network automation, mainly including control programs, communications, system design and system configuration, etc. On the economic feasibility, the paper compares the consumptions and benefits before and after the automation; On social feasibility and environmental feasibility, the paper puts focus on reducing the labor intensity, providing more comprehensive data decision support and saving energy to prove that it's feasible.Just because of the above, the paper concludes that It is feasible to to realize the distribution network automation.Finally, the paper gives a conclusion and suggestions to enhance the feasibility of realizing the distribution network automation. In the end, it points the lack of the study and clear the direction of further study.
