With the acceleration of global economic integration, the manufacturing industry increasingly competitive. How to improve production efficiency and reduce cost of production is being more and more important in enterprises. As an old and new technology without cutting, stamping technology has great potential, since it is not only the product is quality but production costs are relatively low. The use of die stamping process, not only is high productivity, easy operation, but also to facilitate mechanization and automation. Complex shaped parts can be produced by stamping process while other processing methods can not obtain or difficult to manufacture.Considering high efficiency, low cost and many other advantages of blanking process, the involute gear friction chip forming program used blanking program, and the key manufacturing technology program has been studied, such as the optimal design of blanking die based on involute gear friction chip, parametric modeling based on UG, the die gap for simulation evaluation based on CAE software DEFORM, M value of the optimization calculation for spline interrod spacing using EXCEL.Through the study for the key technologies of manufacturing process above-mentioned, the die structure is optimized, the molding efficiency of spline teeth is improved, the number of repair a die is reduced and the research and development time for a die is shortened.
