Charging distributor,which carries out different charging movement needs of blast furnace by driving and controlling distribution chute to rotate and tilt,is the core component of bell-less top charging device. Three-rows-roller rotative bearing is the part loading max of charging distributor's transmission gearbox ,work under over loading, high temperature, high voltage and dusty furnace inside conditions, prone to sudden failure, then its running conditions effect directly the function of entire furnace.The paper uses virtual prototype technology to do dynamic simulation analysis for charging distributor's transmission system of Chongqing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd , and also do contact Finite element analysis for three-rows-roller rotative bearing of transmission gearbox . It developing fault diagnosis by applying virtual prototype technology and obtains some important and practical conclusions. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, according to collected datas from home and abroad , this paper makes a detailed introduction to the development history and trend of charging distributor and rotative bearing.Secondly, this paper discusses the complex transmission system with a dual input and dual output tandem arrangement differential gear train of the charging distributor, and analyses its working principle after studying the charging distributor structure and some related datas.Thirdly, the dynamic simulation for the drive system under the conditions of normal operation behavior is made via ADAMS, the validity of the virtual prototyping is verified. These provide convenience for further study of rotative bearing.Finally, the contact is a universal mechanics question, as a result of its complexity; it is always a difficult problem to both the engineering and mechanics. This paper making use of 3-D modeling software Pro/E and ANSYS seamless connection, the solid model of the rotative bearing is established by using Pro/E, import the model to ANSYS for contact analysis, then contact stress and its distribution of the row roller and the raceway are obtained. Compared with the traditional Hertz theory results and the actual conditions of wear, the validity of the FEM is verified, and put forward corresponding improvements for installation and using.This paper has analyzed from different sides that failure cause take palace in three-rows-roller rotative bearing, it is support for scientific research personnel to accumulate the material and to recognize how mechanism trouble take place,offer the reliable decision basis for real work of enterprises...
