The bell-less blast furnace top distributor is the key equipment of the blast furnace top.Its function is to drive the rotation of the chute and control the inclination of the chute to meet different blast furnace operation requirements.The cross roller slewing bearing is an important part of the bell-less blast furnace top distributor,and long-term work under the severe environment of heavy load,high temperature and high pressure,it is prone to failure,and its working state directly affects the operation of the entire blast furnace.Because the lower slewing bearing is in the key position of up and down in the blast furnace distributor,it is very difficult to disassemble and install,and the structure is compact.Even if it is removed from the distributor,it is difficult to know the internal force,wear and other conditions.It will also cause difficulties for subsequent research.Therefore,in order to obtain the force of the roller and the raceway and the motion state of the roller in the work of the slewing bearing,the simulation method is selected to study it.In this paper,the dynamic simulation analysis of the large cross-roller slewing bearing of Baotou Iron and Steel Group Ironmaking Plant was carried out,and some conclusions with reference significance and practical value were obtained.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)According to the collected data at home and abroad,the development history and research status of the blast furnace distributor and slewing bearing are introduced in detail.According to the drawings provided by the manufacturer,the SolidWorks software is used to three-dimensionally model and assemble the parts of the slewing bearing,and the model of the cross-roller slewing bearing is better restored.(2)Introduced the ADAMS dynamics theory and dynamic equations,imported the established 3D model into the ADAMS software in a specific file format,and set the material properties and contact type of the slewing bearing according to the actual working conditions,and established the slewing Supported dynamic model.(3)Follow the rigid body system dynamics theory and ADAMS software to perform dynamic simulation on the slewing bearing,select representative rollers,extract its contact force with the inner and outer ring raceways,end face movement speed and other data for detailed analysis.And summarize the data obtained.The thesis fits the reality and conducts research on the basis of the actual working conditions of the factory,which not only has theoretical value but also provides a reference for subsequent researches such as the practical application of slewing bearing,bearing capacity and fatigue analysis.
