With the development of natural gas industry,more and more gas pipelines were applied,at the same time ,the liquid loading in pipeline gets more attention .To uncover the hypostasis of two-phase gas-liquid flow and to know the rule of liquid accumulation in gas pipeline,we should study the theoretics of the multiphase flow ,and explore the mechanism of two-phase gas-liquid flow.At first,the mechanism of holding liquid is discussed. in the passage, all kinds of factors affecting the liquid holdup are generally analyzed,and the effect of forces applied to the fluid is also analyzed for the mechanism.At the base of summarizing and analyzing passages of hilly-terrain two-phase flow, and according to the mechanisam of holding liquid,the final principle and correlations are defined.In the new model,the whole pipeline is divided into many equally spaced sections, the unknown flowing parameters of each node are calculated from one to the next.During the calculation,all the correlations including judging flow pattern,calculating liquid holdup,pressure drop and temperature drop are assembled,and then the combined correlations are calculated by iteration.The whole compulation process is programmed by C programming language.At the last section of model building,the novelty of the new model is analyzed.At last, two basic structures of hilly-terrain pipeline are simply analyzed,and then the feasibility of the new model is preliminarily aquired by comparing the calculating results of the new model and the mechanism of holding liquid.
