Practice shows that the high-pressure water jet is one of the ways to improve drilling speed, now a new type of downhole supercharger - washplatetype downhole supercharger makes machineral spiral commutation instead of hydraulic conversion, which was used in the previous downhole Supercharge.Under the working conditions in the drilling, the reliability of commutation in this device is not clear, which restricts the pressure converter technology applications.Therefore, it is extremely necessary to research the key technologies of washplatetype downhole supercharger.In this paper, based on the initial swashplate type downhole supercharger's design, we study its performance characteristics, at the same time, combined with the existing mature oil pressure balance and pressure compensation systems to optimize operating conditions of the commutation conformation; learn the principle of the clutch, shaft coupling and then design a kind of dedicated "coupling"-downhole anti-overload device was designed to protect the security of commutation system. with Pro/ ENGINEER software to draw three-dimensional graphics of commutation conformation parts;propose processing requirements for swashplate type supercharger parts and complete processing and assembly;propose test program.The results show that the bearing lubrication mechanism design is simple and compact to be achieved for the lower kinematic friction and improve the mechanical efficiencyv of commutation,at the same time, the formation of hydrodynamic lubrication can protect friction surface of shaft and sleeve in order to work stability.Downhole anti-overload device can contro input torque to protect wearing parts such as pivot and improve the life of the supercharger.The optimal design and testing of swashplate type downhole supercharger, It is important guiding significance to develop and promote the ultra-high pressure jet technology for the future.
