As society develops, people's demand for energy is increasing, especially in terms of energy demand on oil. Then people began to improve oil production, constantly looking for better ways to increase production, of which one of the ways is to increase the drilling speed. So how to increase drilling speed and efficiency of people pay attention to it gradually. Up to now, more feasible way is to increase drilling speed using high pressure water jet assisted rock. The high pressure water jet to get there must be a relatively reliable pressurization device. However, nowadays most of the underground existence of the turbocharger for the shortcomings of the institutional structure is complex, and its reliability problems have been restricting the development of high-pressure water jet. For the above shortcomings, the project proposes a new thread fork downhole booster design.In this paper, a combination of the past on the basis of boosting device designed to use a fork with the spring change to the threaded body, the power source we have chosen the current technology is relatively mature screw motor. This paper introduces some of the characteristics of screw motor structure, second is completed for the sector turbocharger boosting system design and components in the seal design, but also completed a supercharger assembly parts diagram and mapping . Then we have the entire unit to the most critical agencies of the ANSYS for stress analysis, and made use of three-dimensional graph drawing software, and finally we had a room prototype testing, recognition of our design can not occur threaded forks from mainly as the premise of the lock back and forth movement.The fork-type supercharger design is completed, it will certainly improve drilling speed for the future play a very important significance.
