Research On The Enterprise Safety Culture Construction Of Dongying City

Enterprise safety culture contains lots of contents, including enterprise management concept, management style, value concept, group consciousness, and moral standard. Correctly recognizing and strengthening the construction of enterprise safety culture has great significance for the improvement of management ability of safe production and the level of safety guarantee, effective prevention and reduction of safety accidents, and the stability of safe production situation in Dongying City. This paper fully investigates, analyzes and generalizes the current situation of enterprise safety culture construction in Dongying. By combining the basic theory of enterprise safety culture construction and referring the successful experience of home and abroad, the scheme and evaluation system of enterprise safety culture construction in Dongying is redesigned, and supportability measures are provided for how to carry out enterprise safety culture construction from two aspects---government and enterprise, in order to better boost the construction work of enterprise safety culture in Dongying.This paper is divided into six parts, and the main contents of each part are listed below. This first part simply illuminates the significance of this topic, the current research status at home and abroad and the research contents and measures. The second part introduces theories related to enterprise safety culture construction, mainly including concept of safety culture, the definition, characteristic and category of enterprise safety culture and main ways of construction. The current status of enterprise safety culture construction in Dongying is analyzed in the third part. The forth part makes an introduction of the main measures of enterprise safety culture construction in some regions at home and abroad, extracts and generalizes their experience of success. In the fifth part of this paper, enterprise safety culture construction scheme of Dongying City is reconstructed. And the last part makes a summary of this paper.
