Basic Identification And System Analysis From The Original Civilization To Ecological Civilization

As the objective reality and appearance of a social system and behavior norm,civilization actually runs through the whole process of human history. From the history of civilization, human civilization experienced the primitive civilization, agricultural and industrial civilizations three stages. At present, human civilization is occupying from the industrial civilization to ecological civilization transition stage. Broadly, ecological civilization is a new stage of human civilization, it is a product that human began to reflect rationally. In a narrow sense, it is the level of civilization resulted from the way that human dealt with the relationship between human and nature.In China, the study of ecological civilization began from the late '90s, the 20th century, but , at that time, we were concentrating on economic construction, and didn't paid much attention to the damage to the ecological environment. On the contrary, in the traditional GDP accounting indicators, natural resource depletion and damage to the ecological environment were not included in national economic accounting systems. Into the 21st century, with the increasing development of the national economy, ecological problems are also increasingly standing out, and it seriously impacted on our society and the living, then, people began to think about whether there should be a new civilization replacing the industrial civilization, in addition, the international attention for the ecological problems became more and more, ecological civilization of the community began to gradually become the focus of attention. In recent years, using the scientific development concept to guide economic development, taking the road to sustainable development, the party's leaders paid a high degree of attention to the problem of ecological civilization, the majority of the scholars began to study ecological civilization in a different perspective ,and there were many different views. This article starts from process, characteristics, rule and impetus from the original civilization to ecological civilization, and tries to analyze evolutionary process from both static and dynamic systems. Ecological civilization requires human to establish ecological theory of system balance and ecological civilization values, dialectical nature view and harmony and overall coordination and sustainable development concept, which for the harmony between man and nature has important theoretical significance.
