Analysis Of Miner's Safety Psychology Under Scientific Outlook On Development

Coal production is an occupation of high-safety risk,coal mine accidents is frequent with great casualty. The main cause of that are unsafe behaviors of miners. The essence of scientific outlook on development is People Oriented, it raises new requirements on coal safe production, and it needs to analyze miners'safety psychology under scientific outlook on development. Miners are the subjects of coal production, their behaviors and activities are under the control of psychology,which follows the object rules. The object factors that influence the safe production of coal mines always function by working on miners'psychology. Therefore, it is important to research and analyze miners'safety psychology in coal mine accidents.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First, under the guidance of people oriented scientific outlook on development and idea of construct harmonious coal mines, by analyzing miners'psychological condition of our nation and research status in quo of miners'safety psychology domestically and internationally, combining with the features of coal industry, the safety psychology and behaviors of miners and the function that safety requirements of miners in production on coal safety production are researched.Second, the relation between increasing and development, between safe development and scientific development, between harmonious development and scientific development are stated. By using safety psychology, the time distribution characters of coal mines accidents are revealed, the human factors in the causes of coal mine accidents are analyzed.Third, through analyzing the influencing factors and psychological factors of miners'unsafe behaviors, the measures that improve the miners'safety psychology are raised in the aspects as follows: construct scientifically developing safety outlook, improve miners'safety education and training follows scientific outlook on development, establish the psychological rescue system on miners'death and injury accidents, propose safety culture follows scientific outlook on development, realize the safety investment follows scientific outlook on development, strength the coal mine safety monitor and inspect follows scientific outlook on development. Two typical cases of accidents caused by miner's unprofessional operation are stated, the miners'safety psychological problems and the effect of safety psychology works in coal mine safety production are analyzed.The research of paper will provide guidance for coal mine safety management and safety production in certain degree.
