| Compared with other high-risk industries,coal mining industry exhibits a higher mortality rate,more potential risks and great differences.In recent years,the poor efficiency of coal mine enterprise directly affects the living standards of miners.In addition,the occurrence of coal mine accidents makes the anxiety of the coal miners more seriously.Studies showed that,long time and deep level anxiety can bring negative emotions and affect miner’s psychological activities.Behavioral science theory based on psychology tells us that people’s psychological activities dominate their behavior,which is a direct manifestation of human mental activity.Consequently,the anxiety of miners may cause adverse psychological activities,and affect the coal mine safety production.The influence of group counseling on miners’ trait anxiety and unsafe psychology was studied to improve the mental health level of coal miners.Depending on the research,table of trait anxiety for coal miners was developed.Combining experiment and questionnaire method,100 coal miners in Shanxi province were chosen as the study object to complete the questionnaire survey before and after group counseling.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the correlation and independent sample t test of the data were analysed using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results showed that,trait anxiety level of the miners was significantly higher than that of the national norm,and there exist significant differences in the trait anxiety level and the unsafe psychological level among different age and working age of the miners(P<0.001),and group counseling has a significant improvement on miners’trait anxiety and unsafety psychological status,especially on the miners younger than 35 years old and worked less than 10 years with a high school or higher education level.Study showed that the score of anxiety questionnaire and unsafety psychological questionnaire have a certain degree of decline after group counseling.It indicated that group counseling can improve the mental quality of the miners,reduce the level of trait anxiety,and control the influence of the mental state of workers effectively,and provide a new way for coal mine safety production training. |
