Hydraulic column is the main bearing hydraulic components, its strength and reliability under high pressure on the coal mining plays a vital role in safety.Fully mechanized coal face Needs use high resistance of the hydraulic support, promote the process of extraction accompanied by a strong impact load, which is the structure of hydraulic components and hydraulic strength column caused a great security threat. Based on this condition, this difference in static load and dynamic load conditions, the impact on the hydraulic analysis of the strength column.To ZY12000/28/63 type hydraulic support for the physical model, based on support columns for the main technical parameters of the static strength analysis, including the cylinder under static load strength of column components analysis and stability analysis. Through traditional mechanical calculation compared with the ANSYS finite element analysis derived the greatest part of the force column appears in the central cylinder, the strength of the weakest central cylinder; in the cylinder with the empirical formula of the stress error is too large, the error is due to empirical formula in calculating the stress caused by inaccurate. Through this method, try and get the hydraulic cylinder in the dynamic loading of more realistic conditions of the simulation calculation.Through the column model static and dynamic strength calculation, comparative analysis of the column calculated correction factor of safety of various parts of the dynamic factor, as a column designed to provide reasonable security theory.
