This paper study on the method of oxidative deoximation with sodium chlodrite in the dichloromethane at room temperature and the transformed of nitriles form carboxylic acids, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and zinc without solvent in the condition of microwave were carried out. Satisfactory yields were obtioned. This thesis consists of three chapters.Chapter 1 prefaceChapter 2 A practical oxidative oximate into their parent ketones by sodium chlorite in dichloromethane at room temperature with high yields is describedChapter 3 An one-pot convertion reactions of aryl carboxylic acids, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and zinc powerd into corresponding nitriles in excellent yields under microwave irradiation and solvent-free. The result showed the method had low cost, speediness and high yield.
