Shengli coalfield east-2 open-pit mine slope is the high and steep slope.There is big thickness quaternary soil layer on the upper slope,the underlying cretaceous bedrock has poor diagenesis.It has the potential threaten from landslide and other disaster.The thesis based on the research to the open-pit mine geologic environment,geotechnical mechanics properties and slope stability factors,it simulates the slope distortion on initial state, rainfall condition and basalslope coal excavation condition. Research show that under the initial state after excavation of slope, the surface slope has the largest displacement which increases with the depth decrease;on the highest groundwater level,the side slope's amount of deformity increases comparing with it under the initial state and the slope is at the non-steady state;under the condition that the toe of slope coal bed excavates,the toe of slope place presents the steep slope and the stability of the slope body becomes worse;Proposed the governance measure which is the drainage by desiccation, truncating the slope and arranging anti-slide pile and through the analysis the governance plan is feasible。The findings indicate that the FLAC software has the strong compatibility in the aspect which is analyzing the side slope displacement and the expansion,the application prospect is extensive.
