At the present time, the new challenges faced by Mining machinery are technical innovation and how to improve the safety factor of underground works. Facing the new industries of the new century coal industry, Mining machinery will turn toward the development of the large-scale,intelligent and automation.Therefore,research on the roadheader robot that has auto-tunneling feature is very significant.This paper analyses the overall structure of the roadheader robot's control system,and introduction the action of the sensor combinations and the navigation and positioning system of the roadheader in a nutshell . And then introduce and analysis of the the composition of the control system and the structure of the control system,and also gives the gesture parameter of the roadheader robot. On this basis, expatiate on control methods of The the entire work process by roadheader robot, And designed the four control loop of the control system loop,and also outline the Constant power control system of the roadheader robot,and design simply of the electrical system and the loops of the protection system of roadheader robot.This paper selection of the Siemens's S7200 Series PLC as the main control unit of the control system, and focused on the designing the work flow charts of the roadheader robot,and designed remote monitoring system of the roadheader robot that can solve the failure immediately when the robot work in the unmanned mine.
