The Investigation And Evaluation Of Land-based Pollutant Poured Into The Sea In Dongying City

Abstract::The gross output value of marine industries in Dongying City had exceeded 30 billion yuan in accumnlative total.The development of the marine industries,such as the marine fisheries,ocean petraleum,coastal tourism,marine transportion,salt and salty chemical industry have remarkable achievements. At the same time, the ability of the marine engineering and marine scientific reseach has improved significantly; The level of the public service, such as the management of the marine resources and environment,the monitoring and forecasting of the environment has scaled a new height. However, there is still so much work to protect and control the marine pollution and to protect the marine ecosystems, the task of preventing and reducing the marine disaster,protecting the society economy of the coastal region developing continually an healthy is still arduous. According to the survey statistics, from 2001 to 2005, the off-shore in Dongying City received 700 million tons of sewage and the annual total amount of pollutants received by the sea was about 400 thousand tons, the main pollution are chemical oxygen demand,biochemical oxygen demand,phenols,petroleum,ammonia nitrogen,phosphas phosphate. In recent years, with the decrease of the Yellow River's water and the rapid development of the marine economy estate, the marine ecosystems of the Yellow River's mouth sea area has changed, the problems such as the decrease of benthic biodiversity,the marine economy biological spawning grounds are disappearing gradually,the nutrient salt of water is unbalanced and the eutrophication happened,estuarine spawning grounds degradation,biological community structure became unusual have emerged, the regional marine eco-environmental quality is not optimistic.In this paper, the major pollutants of outfalls in Dongying City, are ammonia nitrogen, oil, COD, ammonia nitrogen exceeding pollutants, oil, COD, hexavalent chromium through detailed analysis. Pollution is serious. Can be seen that the sewage from industrial activities is the largest of marine pollution. In addition, the sewage from the life can also take the pollution to the ocean,so it particularly urgent and important to strengthen the control of pollution sources, increase the facilities of sewage treatment, protect the marine environment.From six aspects:improve the marine environmental laws to strengthen enforcement; raise national awareness and set up a new marine values; strengthen environmental protection of the Dongying surrounding seas; strengthen the basis capacity-building of the marine environmental protection; must set up an enterprise sewage restraint mechanism; strengthen the co-operation of international marine science and technology.There are a comprehensive exposition of the basic content and main features of the ocean protection and sustainable development, the in-depth analysis of some of the lessons of Dongying City of marine environmental protection, and put forward a more comprehensive analysis and some countermeasures to marine environmental protection and marine resource development of Dongying City.
