Confirm methods and management framework of this article.Secondly, the relationship and characteristic in beneficial cycle of urban water use, urban water environment and sustainable utilization of water resources are studied, discusses the environmental degradation of urban water causes and the possibility of recovery, with urban water content and essential characteristics of the properties, the basis of evaluation of beneficial cycle of urban water use has been established, provided theoretical support for the comprehensive evaluation.Thirdly, described the index system of principles and methods comprehensive evaluation of beneficial cycle of urban water use. the evaluation methods and its comprehensive analysis has been compared, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is improved on consistency of judgment matrix, Identified the method of beneficial cycle of urban water use evaluation.Fourthly, combine characteristics of the situation of water resources and water environment in Nan Chang city, built the index system that suits situation of water use of Nan Chang. Through long-term research current situation of Nan Chang urban water use, Based on the status, quo assignment to the index system, and conducted a comprehensive evaluation, the result is that the degree of beneficial cycle of urban water use in Nan Chang reaches medium level.Fifthly, according to the weight of index, point out the key factor that affect the health of urban water cycle in Nan Chang city, they are compliance rate of drainage, treatment rate of domestic sewage, water feed rate, water quality and centralized sewage treatment rate. And with the evaluation results, put forward some proposals for further measures.Finally, the works of this thesis are summarized.
