Design And Implementation Of Fingerprint Spectrum Differenece Analysis System Of The Complex Multi-component System

The quality analysis and control of the complex multi-component system such as chinese medicine, wine, flavors and fragrances, chemical products and food become the research focus in the recent years.Fingerprint is an effective and objective control and evaluation means of quality of the complex mult-group branch system. We can find out effectively the difference between determined sample and standard sample by carrying out differenece analysis of fingerprint of the system, meanwhile, we can find out the reason causeing the difference and the composition of the difference as much as possible, which provide more accurate basis for quality control. Thereforce, the chemical metrology algorithm based on fingerprint and comeplex multi-component system and combined with datebase technique and data visualization characterizes the quality of the system comprehensively and systematically, obtains the qualitative and quantitative quality information maximally and remedies the limition and deficiency of the quality inspection of traditional system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research progress of the quality control of the system at home and abroad,summarizes the data preprocessing algorithm adopted in the difference analysis system which includes data preprocessing algorithm,data pruning, data normalization,chromatographic peak correction, spectral peak match,similarity computation and so on.Secondly,this paper summarizes the business logic and function modules of the system based on analysing user requirements,hereby proposes the design principle and whole framewrok of the system and designs the database. This paper adopts software design pattern to develop and implement the whole system according to the system framwork which make system have good reusability and expansibility, adopts MVC pattern to implement the whole system framework,adopts database connection pool technology to solve the question that system carries out database connection frequently resulting in performance degradation which makes system resources obtained effective reuse,adopts memorandum pattern to realize the Undo/Redo function of the system which makes system carry out redo and revocation arbitrary order,adopts observer model to implement the dynamic update of the visiual images.Finally,this paper describes the full flow of the difference analysis system in detail by a concrete application example.At present, the software which carries out difference analysis according to fingerprint of tabacco flavors has been put into use in YunNan Honghe Cigarette Industry. It obtains good reputation and brings enterprise good economic benefits because of the elegant user interface, good human-computer interaction operation modes and high-efficiency analysis.
