Development And Research Of Earthquake Emergency Products Under The Systematic Thinking

The world's land plate junctions are mostly areas where earthquakes often take place. Look throughout human history, the earthquake disaster along with the human survival and the development of society. In recent years, the giant earthquake disaster is endless, such as the 2008 China Wen Chuan earthquake, 2009 Haiti earthquake, and Chile earthquakes, etc. These large disasters cause huge property losses, so as the social civilization of disaster and custom far-reaching influence. In the present situation, the complexity of aseismatic emergency system is not perfect. Therefore, shockproof and seismic technology progress and the theory of earthquake emergency response product development have become more and more important. The most intuitionistic, practical, urgent issues here are mainly embodied in emergency relief products.The main research of the paper is contents of earthquake emergency product concepts and guidance of product design concept. Earthquake emergency design is not one or certain products design, which is related not only to product and other related factors, such as the relationship between product and building, relationship with the people, relationship with other products etc; but also related to other fields of research, such as medical service domain and disaster management field, architectural design field and information field, etc. It is said that earthquake emergency product is a system includes various elements which contains the earthquake emergency products, systems and earthquake emergency product development system, basicly summarized from earthquakes earthquake emergency escape to survive in all process people could face, through the integration of thinking, modular design method and thinking patterns, the ultimate aim is to improve the efficiency of the emergency relief.The paper first defines the concept of earthquake emergency, analyzing response to earthquake emergency basic concepts and related links. Then analyze the characteristics of earthquake emergency products, and put forward on the basis of in time axis classification method, and then to earthquake emergency product main problems on the systematic thinking. On this basis, the paper studies product design and development on systematic thinking, following the product opportunities - product realization of opportunity - product system of evaluating the design principles. Firstly, earthquake emergency products is seemed as a system, carring on the investigation and analysis, analyzing of the whole system elements, composition and system existence and development regularity, and find some existing problems, and potential products opportunity. Then use the system thinking and system design method to explore ways of solving problems, which is how to program and earthquake emergency of emergency product design and development. Using the product concept of proposed, such as modular and system integration design thought, established the system development framework, and put forward some new design methods, finally used in the actual product design creation.
