In recent years, the frequency and scale of kinds of natural disasters, accidents disasters and public safety disasters have growth. Therefore, to establish an effective emergency response mechanism is extremely important. Emergency logistics is a key component of emergency management. Building a comprehensive emergency logistics system, enhanced the emergency supplies protection capacity, improve the reliability of disaster supply chain are the bases of a successful response to emergencies.Based on the analysis of earthquake disaster, the paper studied the emergency management in China, the improvement of the logistics emergency, the forecast demand for relief supplies, the supply chain reliability of relief goods and materials. It is divided into 6 chapters:Chapter I is the Introduction. It gave a general overview of the research background, significance, methods, ideas and the emergency logistics research situation at home and abroad.Chapter II made an intensive study of the earthquake disaster emergency management in China based on the feature of earthquake disaster emergency management, the development and current problems of China's earthquake disaster emergency management.Chapter III discoursed upon the form of performance and forecasting of supply chain emergency disaster events based on the current problems of China's earthquake disaster emergency logistics development. It also discussed and put forward some recommendations by cogitating the disaster event supply chain construction.Chapter IV gave an overview of"shock demands"and determination of the demand function, and made an approximation to the emergency relief materials demand function by using BP artificial neural network method. It also discussed the way that choosing tent sales volume of some disaster area in Sichuan province, using BP artificial neural network toolbox in MATLAB to program some corresponding applications, and getting the emergency demand function fitting curve of relief materials.Chapter V defined the relief supplies chain and relief goods supply chain reliability firstly,and then researched and gave the reliability of emergency relief materials reticular supply chain, and doing a numerical analysis on it based on continuous time Markov chain and relief materials supply chain damage prediction model.Chapter VI summarized the whole work of this paper, and pointed out the topics should be researched in the next.
