The Study On Planning Of Improving Project Of Water Environment About Shenbei Newly-developing District Section Of Puhe In The City Of Shenyang

For comprehensively reforming watercourse of Shenyang Shenbei Puhe river, according to Puhe Town the overall construction plan and environmental objectives, government of Shenbei proposed the implementation of comprehensive management of ecological water Puhe Metro proposed planning on improving the water environment of Shenyang Puhe Shenbei integrated which provides water security for building a harmonious Puhe Metro ecological water system.This plan find out the basic conditions of the planning area; integrate the important measures (river widening dredging, bank protection works, river cascade, etc.)on remediating engineering of river, define aggregate clear the channel circumstances and water pooling situation, through surveying the geology of planning area, overview of water resource and status of water environment. And through analysis water quantity and quality of water replenishment(river water quality simulation and forecasting), this plan also defined the key issues about water pollution controlling of planning area, and provide a basis for ecologically transfer water schemes and through investigating the polluted sources (the key point source, urban non-point source, rural life source), identified the main pollution sources. This plan study the key technologies for improving water quality (constructed wetlands) were system, and then complete the Puhe river water environment improvement project planning according to the total pollutant reduction targets.The project planning carry out not only expand watercourse, construct hydrophilic landscape on the river cross-strait and ensure that key waters achieve high-quality landscape water feature requests, but also improve hydrological conditions of the river, water quality and water ecological conditions, and achieve the strategic objectives of Puhe Metro of comprehensive improvement of water quality and aquatic ecosystems and landscape ecological harmonious building .
