Research On The Application Of Safety Production Management In Modern Coal Enterprises

Strengthening safety production management is an important measure to improve coal mine safety production in China and to realize safe production.Based on modern safety management theory as the basic theory,investigation and analysis of the current domestic and foreign advanced management ideas,this article fully discusses the research status of domestic and foreign coal mine safety production management and modern coal mine safety production management problems.Through the combination of theory and practice,from the reality of safety production management problems in depth to explore the root causes of management problems,put forward a simple model of coal mine safety production management operation mechanism.Finally,through the investigation of present situation of Buertai coal mine of ShenDong Coal Group,combined with the simple model of management and operation mechanism of the coal mine production safety,put forward reasonable suggestions.The research results of this paper have a certain theoretical significance and reference value to the research of the problems and solutions of the safety production management of the modern coal mine.
