Research And Develop Of The Thermal Balance Bopet Hot Stamping Base Film

As the people's requirement for the packaging material is rising, the demand for the new type packaging material–bopet hot stamping base film in packaging market is also growing, and there is more requirements for the thermal balance of this new film, therefore it is very necessary to research and develop this film.First, this paper makes a brief introduction of the hot stamping film and its process, then discusses the current situation and significance of the thermal balance bopet hot stamping base film;second, gives a brief description on the process and equipment of the biaxial oriented stretching film line; then emphasis on the research and develop in the MD(machine direction) stretching process, TD(transverse direction) stretching process, and annealing process , and confirms the main process conditions one by one based on these process requirements; subsequently, this paper focuses on some difficult issues during the film testing, particularly analyzes the reasons for the surface pitting, the surface crystal points and spots, as well as the surface transverse stripes ,and takes various measures to improve them, meanwhile also analyzes and discusses the other two issues: the larger film surface electrostatic residues and the initial wrinkles and vertical stripes after film slitting, and takes different measures to improve and eliminate them, to ensure the smooth progress of this film research and development ; finally, summarizes the results of this film research and development.
