At present, pollution of heavy metal is broadly existence, especially the pollution in fishery product. Gravely threaten the human health. Therefore, research the trace heavy metal elements contents in fishery product, especially strictly control element contents of heavy metal in fishery product, work out the uniting, convenient and effective standard and method of analyses and admeasurements. Ensure fishery product security is extremely urgent.Atomic absorption spectrometry is one of most comprehensive means to determinate the microelement. However, menstruations some elementary in certain fishery product, this means also appear to be not delicacy enough, require pre-concentration. One means repose that measuring element complex ration enrichment on ounce grain, then use the approach of filter collect these grain, made into small volume suspension and can directly use atomic absorption to menstruate. Finally, use atomic absorption spectrometry to measure. And specific complex ant can action with silica gel, chelate type anion exchange resin, common anion exchange resin and activated carbon.Determinated mercury, arsenic, led and antimony in fishery product by using atomic absorption spectrometry after enrichment. Used ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) for complex ant, at certain conditions of pH, use something as solid silica gel to entrapment, vacuum drawing strain by using membrane filter paper, to divided the complex of trace elementand and APDC, then wash down by hydrochloric acid from membrane filter paper and the suspension was directly subjected to the determination by atomic absorption spectrometry. Finally, use atomic absorption spectrometry to measure. Principally did as following:Determinated mercury in fishery product by using cold atomic absorption spectrometry after enrichment. Optimized the enrichment and measured condition of, discussed the impaction of APDC addition, pH value, collector variety and addition, stannous chloride addition, carrier gas flow quantity and so on. At the optimal condition, use this means to measure,50 mL solution, quality feature is 1.3×10-11 g/1%. When n=6, standard deviation (SD) of these samples were from 0.031 to 0.21, relative standard deviation (RSD) were from 1.2% to 4.3% and recoveries added were 93.6% to 102.6%, the results were comparatively satisfied. Determinated arsenic in fishery product by using hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry after enrichment. Discussed the impaction of APDC addition, pH value, collector variety and addition, the concentration of potassium borohydride, pre-reduction agent variety and addition, carrier gas flow quantity and so on. This method can entrapment the trace amount mercury in fishery product well. At the optimal condition, use this means to measure,100 mL solution, quality feature is 1.0×10-11 g/1%. When n=6, standard deviation (SD) of these samples were from 0.11 to 0.34, relative standard deviation (RSD) were from 1.2% to 3.4% and recoveries added were 93.3% to 103.4%, the results were comparatively satisfied.Determinated led in fishery product by using hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry after enrichment. When n=6, standard deviation (SD) of these samples were from 0.080 to 0.35, relative standard deviation (RSD) were from 1.6% to 4.5% and recoveries added were 99.1% to 101.3%, the results were comparatively satisfied.Determinated antimony in fishery product by using hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry after enrichment. Optimized the enrichment and measured condition. Discussed the impaction of APDC addition, pH value, collector variety and addition, the concentration of potassium borohydride, pre-reduction agent variety and addition, carrier gas flow quantity and so on. This method can entrapment the trace amount mercury in fishery product well. At the optimal condition, use this means to measure,100 mL solution, quality feature is 2.0×10-11 g/1%. When n=6, standard deviation (SD) of these samples were from 0.24 to 0.58, relative standard deviation (RSD) were from 1.6% to 3.3% and recoveries added were 92.7% to 102.4%, the results were comparatively satisfied.
