The coal industry is the basis of social development and national economy, coal mine safety situation is extremely serious in china, accidents happen frequently. It is necessary to establish and improve the safety and security monitoring system. Mine personnel management system is not only an important means of production safety, but also Modern production management.The focus of this paper is that, proposed and studied in the field of coal mine production safety management system for the application of personnel proposed and studied in the field of coal mine production safety personnel management system application, requirement analysis, system design and feature implementation. First, analysis of the key technologies involved in the system:geographic information system (GIS), CAN bus technology, and various short-range wireless communications technology. From previous paper, based on research and analysis, through requirements analysis, model building, the basic building a mine personnel management system. From the identification card system structure, identification sub-stations, repeaters, transmission interface and PC software components, implemented in practical applications of personnel monitoring queries, timeout alarm function, history of coal mine workers track information, statistics and attendance, information networking functions. And points out the direction of improvement and development of the system to some extent solved the mine management information, network bottlenecks, with a certain social significance and market prospects.Information collection system in solving the problem of collision information layer, in the national safety standards, "coal mine operations personnel management system for general technical conditions" conditions, the focus on the analysis of radio frequency identification technology in the ALOHA anti-collision algorithm, and simulation through the MATLAB software and to build experimental platform approach, comparative analysis of the Bluetooth technology to solve the collision problem of information superiority, innovative proposed Bluetooth-based anti-collision algorithm information, radio frequency identification with the current general anti-collision method, based on Bluetooth technology, anti-collision optimization method, in essence, to avoid the leakage reading situation, and determine the application of Bluetooth technology, the system is reasonable and feasible. It has an important practical significance and value.
