Study On Development And Practice Of Information Management System For Gas Grade Identification

The management of gas is an important part of safety production in coal mine.The data reduction and analysis on grade of gas still remains at the level of manual operation and collation,resulting in inconsistency of gas grade identification among various units,inaccurate data,lack of uniform standard and so on.What's more,there is a lack of uniform management methods for the appraisal of each unit by the management.Therefore,it is necessary to design and develop a gas rating information management system for mines and safety management departments.In this premise,the system is designed and developed in cooperation with Shandong Provincial Coal Technology Service Co.,Ltd.The efficiency and accuracy of gas identification work can be improved,as well the network information management method can be used to carry on the unified management for the gas appraisal work in the whole province,providing basic data for the comprehensive management system of gas.The role of gas classification appraisal in gas management,the system flow of gas appraisal,the feasibility and functional requirements of the system are analysed,as well as the architecture and technical means of the system are designed in this paper,a set of information management system of gas grade identification which is convenient to use,easy to manage,and use in practice is developed finally.The main research work of this article is as follows:(1)In this paper,it is studied mainly for the current gas identification work,the background of the system development,and the gas identification work.(2)In this paper,it is analysed that the feasibility and functional requirements of the information management system for gas grade identification.(3)In this paper,it is designed that the system's architecture,functions,and algorithms according to the design steps of information system.(4)In this paper,it is introduced by the functions of the system through concrete implementation cases,which can be met the needs of coal mine users and management departments.At present,the gas grade appraisal information management system has already been in the actual operation stage,which has obtained the good use effect,as well as it has achieved its development goal.
