China is the world's largest fireworks-produce and export country, Fireworks display is also traditional folk customs in China. Nowadays most cities changed fireworks prohibited to limited, it satisfied the people's pursuit of fire festival atmosphere, but it also produced serious environmental pollution. So it is important to study on the influence of fireworks display on environment. Based on analysis of fireworks display environmental pollution on Chinese New Year's eve, Spring Festival period, before and after the Spring Festival from 2008 to 2010 in LiLing, the main conclusions were as follows:(1) SO2, NO2 and PM10 concentration had increased substantially in fireworks centralized display process from Chinese New Year's Eve 18:00 to 6:00 pm Chinese New Year's Day of 2008-2010 in LiLing. The highest concentration of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were 0.554mg/m3,0.056mg/m3 and 0.076mg/m3 at 23:00 and 0:00 which was the most centralized fireworks display time. PM10 was the first air pollutant in LiLing, its 12 hours average concentration was 0.254 mg/m3. The highest monitoring result of indoor and outdoor noise value were 120dB and 300dB at 0:00.(2) The highest day average concentration of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were 0.215 mg/m3, 0.052mg/m3 and 0.039mg/m3 on the first day of the lunar New Year in 10 days from lunar calendar December 26 to January 5 2008-2010 in LiLing. The pollutant concentrations of SO2 and NO2 reached the secondary standard, and PM10 was more than of that.The exceeding rates in 2008,2009,2010 were 100%,40%,100% respectively,and the maximum exceeding times were 0.52,0.23,0.17.(3) The day average concentration in Spring Festival period of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were higher than before and after the Spring Festival from 2008 to 2010 in LiLing. The day average concentration in Spring Festival period of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were higher than before the Spring Festival 34.06%~59.05%,19.23%~45.45% and 12.5%-25%, higher than after the Spring Festival 49.11%~77.01%,18.51%~65% and 21.62%~40.63%. The day average concentration in Spring Festival period of PM10, SO2 and NO2 were 0.1687mg/m3, 0.032 mg/m3 and 0.046 mg/m3, higher than before the Spring Festival 49.7%,28% and 20.1%, higher than after the Spring Festival 56.64%,35.02% and 28.85%.This article proposed the control environmental pollution countermeasure from the environmental protection standards'formulation, the fireworks and firecrackers' supervision and the environmental protection fireworks' development and application.
