The Reference And Research Of Singapore's Environment Protection System

Founding sixty years, with the development of science and technology, the ability to transform nature is greatly improved, the destruction of nature's ability is increased too. The environmental issues have become a problem we have to face. With the deteriorating environmental conditions, China is also increasingly aware of the importance of environmental protection, and began controlling environmental pollution, but has little effect. The pollution even became aggravate tendency. The main purpose of this paper is to learn from Singapore on the basis of the environmental protection system, combined with our practice, made for our country's environmental protection system.This text is divided into four chapters except the introduction. This chapter is from the basic situation in Singapore, the history of Singapore environment protection, environment protection in Singapore to discuss three major systems.Chapter Three: Overview of China's environmental protection system. This chapter is China's environmental situation, the legislative status of China's environmental protection system, two aspects discussed.Chapter IV: Reference to environment protection system in Singapore. This chapter is learning from Singapore on the basis of advanced environmental protection system, starting from the national environment situation, put forward the proposal to adapt to their actual situation. Mainly in the following areas: strengthening the national environmental education, raise environmental awareness, and improve environmental protection legislation, strict environmental law enforcement, improve environmental protection agencies to set the system to enhance the environmental infrastructure and energy use of inputs.
