The Research Of The Ecological Environment Problem Of Resource-based Cities And Policy Suggestion

Since 1949,lots of cities have expanded because of the new china's industrialization. However, most of these cities are delining now after .many years overage exploitation. One of the prolbem is the depletion of natural resources in these cities. And also due to the lack of consciousness of environment protection the ecological environment of them has been badly destroied during these years.It is the most urgent task for these resource-dependent cities to find a new way to accomplish the transformation and Sustainable development in the new time.Zaozhuang,as a traditional resource-dependent city, is now actively primoting its ecological development and accomplish the transformation to a green city.On the one hand this paper offers a full research of similar problems in developed countries,on the other hand it also offers a practical analysis of the ecological environment of Zaozhuang.Based upon these two points, the paper give a possible method to accomplish the transformation of resource-dependent city and it should be a helpful way to Zaozhuang's future.Using both the practical and normative investigation as the method ,the following five subjects have been discussed in this papenthe first part is about the background and relevant research datas of resource-dependent city theory;the second part is the introduction and analysir of Zaozhuang as a resource-depleted resource-dependent city;the third part is a comprehensive argument of the necessity of the transformation to a green city of Zaozhuang; the fourth part is the method and steps to fufill such a transformation;and in conclusion the most important way to accompolish the transformaton of Zaozhuang is to promote environment protection.
