Through the indoor simulation experiments and numerical analysis, the article studied Disc Bolt relationship between displacement and rally,load transfer characteristics,the anchor plate number,the matching relationship between disc diameter and capacity,summarized and summed up the failure mechanism and failure mode of Disc Bolt.Obtains the following conclusion through the system research:(1) In the model simulation test, ordinary bolt curve of displacement and rally can be divided into two phases, the first stage:displacement-rally relationship increase linearly. Increase rate is smaller. The second stage:the rally is basically constant, displacement increases rapidly, indicating that the soil has been destroyed。Curve of displacement and tension bolt disc can be divided into three stages, The first phase of the displacement curve with the increasing rate of less tension, a linear relationship shows that the soil around the bolt in the elastic stage:the second phase of the displacement and the tension goes to a concave curve, displacement increment rates were higher, indicating that the soil around the anchor in the plastic phase; in the third stage,the tension is constant, but anchor displacement increased rapidly, increasing rate curve at this stage show that anchor damage has occurred.(2) The Rod stress distribution decreases from the top to the end,because of the role of anchor plate, load in the anchor plate produced the following distribution of jump.disk space is in the condition of the specified value,the effect disc diameter produced to load transfer characteristics is small, but the effect anchor plate number produced is great.(3) The number of anchor plate, anchor plate diameter size and capacity of the relationship:the disc space under certain conditions, carrying capacity and the number of anchor plate linearly increasing relationship, the bearing capacity of anchor plate is increase through the rally's increase, when the disc diameter is 150mm,125mm, the bearing capacity of anchor plate with a linear relationship between the number increases, the slope of the line between 20 to 25; when the disc diameter is 100mm,75mm, also showed a linear relationship between increasing, but the slope of between 7 to 7.7, indicating that the size of the bearing capacity of the disc diameter impact. In the model simulation test, when the disc diameter is greater than 100mm, the anchor plate capacity to play a more visible role.Application testing and numerical simulation results, build the relationship curve between capacity and disc diameter, the capacity and disc diameter relationship curve correspond to exponential function.(4)Faiiure modes and mechanisms of disc bolt anchor plate by plate number and the size of a large diameter, single-disc and multi-plate anchor bolt destroyed the same shape at first, are showing an inverted truncated cone type; but in the intermediate stage, single-plate bolt and Different multi-disk shape of large anchor damage, single-plate bolt cylindrical columnar, and multi-disk shape of anchor damage to sections of horn; when the anchor bolt completely destroyed after a single disc and multi disc showed a cylindrical shape of anchor damage Type.disc bolt shear failure of the plastic zone size and the relationship between tension and anchored by the anchor plate number of plates of large diameter, the more the number of anchor plate, the larger the disc diameter, the curve of incremental rate increases.
