Research On Water And Soil Resource Carrying Capacity Of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone

The problem of water and soil shortage is very serious in Liaoning Coastal Zone, whenthe development strategy of Liaoning coastal zone was determined to be the national strategy,the significance of water and soil carrying capacity study become more and more obvious.Base on the research results, the water and soil resources carrying capacity are assessed inLiaoning Province coastal zone.Firstly, Paper describes the concept of coastal zone, research background, significance,research status, as well as the theoretical basis of the water and soil resources carryingcapacity assessment--the sustainable development theory, systems theory, the dual modetheory of hydrological cycle and mechanis, regional economic development theory, resourcescarcity theory and property rights theory. Secondly, base on the status of Liaoning Provincecoastal zone soil-water resources and socio-economic development, a water resourcescarrying capacity system dynamics model and the evaluation system of Land carryingcapacity has been established, conducted a comprehensive evaluation for the dynamicschange of water carrying capacity and soil carrying capacity in14years.The mainconclusions are: the type of sustainable development is the feasible scheme to improve waterresources carrying capacity in Liaoning Province Coastal Zone, in time sequence, the overallsoil resources carrying capacity has an increasing trend, evaluation level from theintermediate into higher, in space sequence, Dalian, Panjin and Yingkou reach a higher levelof land carrying capacity, Huludao, Jinzhou and Dandong reach an intermediate level of landcarrying capacity. In the severity of disability analysis, land resources carrying capacity ofLiaoning Province coastal zone were barriers to marine economic development,environmental protection, socio-economic development and land resource protection.Combined with the soil-water resources, socio-economic development and the evaluationresults, the response is proposed to promote soil and water resources carrying capacity inLiaoning Province Coastal Zone.
