The development of today's machines, in addition to requirements of machine tools, light weight, low cost, convenient and has a good possibility of technology, but also emphasize requirements for machine tools with higher and higher processing performance.To ensure the machine has a good dynamic and static stiffness, dynamic performance, precision and processing of retention, lower cost, higher economic benefits need to machine design process, the structure of the machine finite element analysis and optimization in order to accurately identify areas of weakness, the dynamic design of the machine tool structure and optimization.The counter spindle box of machine tools is very important part,which directly affect the part surface forming trajectory accuracy, it is greatly influenced machining accuracy,therefore, it is necessary to improve the stiffness of counter spindle box therefore, it is necessary to improve the stiffness of counter spindle box.
