Belt conveyor is an important equipment for transporting materials in large production line such as grain station and mine,and idlers,as an important bearing structure of belt conveyor,play an important role in the stable operation of equipment.At present,most idlers are composed of rollers,bearings,seals and shafts,difficult to from the Angle of test roller structure,this thesis put forward the optimization greatly restricts the tape machine production efficiency,therefore,the traditional roller theoretical analysis,optimize the structure of the development of a powerful roller testing machine has important practical significance.Firstly,the material of idler is reselected.Nylon material idler is taken as the main design research object.A new sealing structure is designed by combining the traditional labyrinth sealing and retainer ring sealing methods.Then according to the existing roller testing machine structure,analysis of the structure defects,developing new roller testing machine,the traditional metal roller and the performance of the new type of nylon roller to carry out the simulation and experimental research,the roller wear under different load conditions,starting power and rotational resistance for roller structure optimization,and machine structure improvement to provide the reference.Simulation and experimental results show that the rotary resistance,starting power and wear rate of the new nylon idler are lower than that of the metal idler,and the airtightness and service life of the new nylon idler are better than that of the metal idler.Therefore,the overall performance of nylon idlers is obviously better than that of ordinary idlers.In this paper,ANSYS simulation is used to analyze the stress response of idlers of different materials.In short,a new type of roller seal structure was designed by building a new type of experimental platform and combining simulation with experiment according to relevant safety regulations and operating requirements of coal mine.After testing,its performance was good,which could not only reduce resource consumption,but also be beneficial to environmental protection.Figure 33;Table 10;Reference 53...
