Honing grinding is a kind of special form, is one of the high precision processing method. This process is not only can purify larger machining allowance, and is a kind of improving parts size precision, geometry precision and surface roughness effective processing method. The non-contact pneumatic measurement technology is introduced into the inner hole diameter size online measurement of nangjing, through inner hole diameter size change feedback to nangjing control system for further analysis and control, thus help improve the machining honing honing machines for processing precision.Because the honing processing technology, is deficient in the machining process, workpiece will appear different process defect. Judgment of the type of process defect, the subsequent process of honing lamilloy. In view of the above process defect, use contactless pneumatic measurement data acquisition, processing, complete honing the inner surface of workpiece shape judgement. This paper made the following two aspects of research:1. Choose contactless pneumatic measurement, and based on the measurement of non-contact pneumatic head design parameters of nangjing.
