With the development of national economy and the public on environmental quality req uirements increase, now sewage and garbage in the city gradually got resolved, while rura 1 water and waste pollution is increasingly urgent. At present, rural sewage and waste disposa 1 rate is very low. Many villages of untreated sewage and garbage were directly discharged or discarded. This issue led to the surrounding environment"dirty, chaotic, and poor", which is also a potential source of the infectious disease. On the other hand, rural sewage water is a iso a major pollution source of water pollution and eutrophication.The pollutants in the leac hate through the transfusion of groundwater to the water, which also caused serious pollutio n of water and atmospheric environment.In this paper, on the basis of Investigation of Luoping Village, Badong County's Wate r and garbage pollution, determine the basic conditions of sewage treatment and garbage di sposal. Autor Compared different technological processes, equipment, structures dimensions, t echnical and economic. Ultimately determined the Luo Ping village's Sewage Treatment Proc ess by empirical method. According to analysis waste disposal mode, garbage removal and transport, waste treatment and resource utilization, combined with the present situation, pr oposed waste disposal program for Luo Ping village. Finally, author used the fuzzy compr ehensive evaluation method to judge sewage treatment process of Luo Ping village. Throu gh the above study are the following conclusions:(1) In this paper conclude the best options for Luo Ping sewage treatment by experi ence in law program:Considering those households<10 scattered settlements its surrounding environment has a certain self-purification capacity.Recently use septic tanks as pre-treatment process, forward will take wetland as in-depth treatment process. For households> 10 settlem ents take into account the sewage more concentrated. If direct discharge without treatment or only simple primary treatment, it will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment. In order to reduce the hazards of sewage on the surrounding environment, adopt biogas dig esters+artificial wetland technology program which have better effect.(2) On the basis of field investigation of LuoPing village, combined garbage model, garbage collection and transfer and on the comparison with transfer and waste utilization t echnology solutions.According to the population redistribution, LuoPing village were divide d into 11 districts and the LuoPing Hope Primary School, a total of 12 regions. Taking in to account the limited economic conditions, and scattered, less the amount of garbage prod uced by each district should not be treated separately.After collection by trash ways,then tr ansported to YanDuhe Landfill.(3) For the rural areas to enhance rural garbage disposal and garbage management te am building.(4)Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method judged wastewater treatment program of Luo Ping village. Evaluation results show that:for Luo Ping village the most suitable wastewater treatment process are the wetland, septic tanks and digesters.The results of f uzzy comprehensive evaluation method keep with the results of experience method. This s hows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in wastewater treatment process sele ction is feasible. However, due to too few samples, resulting there are some differences b etween membership function and the real situation which inevitably has adversely affect th e results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the actual project may be consider ed to combine fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the experience method, will b e more conducive to scientific comparison and selection process.
