Environmental accidents occur repeatedly, to environmental safety, social economic development and people's personal property security caused great loss. Environmental risk daily management, environment accident prevention and emergency treatment are effective means of environmental risk management. China's environmental risk management research starting evening, is still in the stage of exploration. Because of the lack of related information platform, environment risk management research does not in-depth and effective conduct down, which in turn restricted the information platform development, application and development. So, identifying the information needs for environmental risk management, then constructing the environmental risk information platform, these will provide important supports for government and enterprises. Therefore, this article carries out the research, delaminating to solve the above problem.This article contains massive research into the current status and development trends of domestic and international environmental information management. The research shows that existing environmental information management platforms are relatively independent, with data scattered and diversified, thus badly influence environmental policy makers when they come to grasping the overall information and making emergency treatments as well as people to promptly grasp the environmental news. To solve this problem, the author proposes a blue print of an integrated environmental risk information website for multiple users.
