As the society develops, computer technology becomes more nature. Virtual reality technology (VR) is the advanced human-machine interface whose basic features are immersion, interaction and ideas. It can simulate the human sense organs and make people immerse themselves in the virtual realm of computer-generated. There is no similar system as the development of virtual education system presently. This article develops a virtual reality technology education system for the production line in this context that gaps exist. And it describes the theory and skills of virtual reality systems development in document processing and virtual environments building.In this paper, the key technologies of simulation technology used in the industrial production line are studied. The article sees packaging production line of salt as a carrier, and design the relationships and the interaction of the system model, data, program-level in a special way. The article gives the process from parts to the whole through a mathematical model. We research and developed this virtual simulation teaching system in the perspective of practical application of virtual technology. The system designs two aspects which are virtual reality technology production lines of reality principle, function, operation and other aspects of simulation. The paper studied a unique method of how to generate the object model. The system gives intelligent evaluation to students'learning and at the time gives feedback of teaching effectiveness to teachers. Device modeling and application development are in parallel. Author designed the model generation in a special way through system development and joint action model was designed interactively. So as to make a basic unit of action and related units extend to form the whole scene. This article uses Converse3D platform and VC++6.0 for the program development and system integration. Finally, the intelligent evaluation part was developed. The system uses PSO to give comprehensive evaluation of the learner and the effect of teaching.From above, this article is based on the study of the technology that is used in the development of software and under the guidance of three-dimensional simulation technology. It uses virtual reality technology to simulate the real production line. The article developed the teaching system of versatility and reusability in theory with practice. This article gives novel ideas and a unique effect from theory to practice. We use solidworks to make mechanical models. And use 3Dmax to render them process the format and then inport them into Converse3D with a plug-in. After that, we develop the movement operations of the models with the APIs of converse3D platform. Finally, files are packaged and a self-developed system comes into being, the article explained the relevant technical in detail.
