With the sustainable development of the modern oil processing,petrochemical enterprises get rapid promotion in the intelligent level and production efficiency.Process is getting more complicated.The degree of automation is continuously improved.The traditional classroom teaching methods of vocational colleges in chemical industry have not met the requirements of enterprises for the practical operation and troubleshooting capabilities of skilled workers.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of the existing evaluation system and the lack of three-dimensional immersion in fault simulation,this paper designs an intelligent evaluation and fault simulation system for simulation factory based on VR(virtual reality)to help enterprises and schools train technical talents in line with modern petrochemical industry.The main work includes:(1)An intelligent evaluation algorithm based on hybrid genetic algorithm for simulation factories was studied.First of all,this paper introduces the concept of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm and the algorithm flow.And compares the characteristics of the two algorithms.Hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed,and hybrid genetic will calculate the advantages of genetic algorithm and annealing algorithm fusion together.It has obvious advantage in solving combinatorial optimization problems.Then raised the problem of intelligent test paper generation in the evaluation system.It is essentially a constrained multi-objective optimization problem.Through the group problem mathematical modeling,design an intelligent test paper algorithm based on hybrid genetic algorithm.Finally,through simulation experiments,it is found that this method solves the problem of intelligent test papers excellently.(2)The overall architecture of intelligent evaluation and fault simulation system of simulation plant is designed.Using the idea of modular design,the system is divided into three parts:scene simulation subsystem,fault simulation subsystem and intelligent evaluation subsystem.It provides direction for the detailed design of the subsystem.(3)The scene simulation subsystem is designed in detail.Through the geometric modeling technology to build the 3D scene model,using Maya as a modeling tool and Unity3D as virtual reality engine.And Detailed design of character roaming,human-computer interaction,UI design and multi-person collaboration in virtual scenes.Finally the OPC client that communicates DCS with virtual scenes is designed.It realize the virtual scene and DCS model of the transmission of data real-time and correct server.(4)The fault simulation subsystem is designed in detail.Design the whole framework of the fault simulation subsystem.For crude oil and water treatment common failure types and elimination method in the scene are summarized.And the use of virtual reality technology to realize the three dimensional failure simulation,it's 3D visualization and troubleshooting of visualization has carried on the detailed design.It realized transformation from two-dimensional fault simulation to three-dimensional fault simulation.(5)The intelligent evaluation subsystem is designed in detail.The overall framework of the intelligent evaluation subsystem is designed,which mainly includes the teacher station and the student station.The hybrid genetic algorithm introduced above is used for the intelligent evaluation module of the teacher station.It Improve the efficiency and intelligence of the evaluation system.The intelligent evaluation and fault simulation system for simulation factory based on Virtual Reality designed in this paper is applied to the training of crude oil and water treatment of xinjiang institute of petroleum technologist.The system achieves the expected training results.
