Study On ECC In The Industrial Application Of Management

Environmental Protection in recent years become the subject of close attention to community . To ensure rapid socio-economic growth , steady development of cities . Do a good job in industry and industrial distribution of regional planning has become one important means of protecting the environment . As the completion of planned industrial area Planning area accommodating the capacity of industrial development has become a important topic which is concerned by a leader and the scholars . In this paper, regarded by regional ecological carrying capacity and Industrial Ecology as guidelines , based on the previous research , Jiayuguan Industrial Zone was studied Ecological Carrying Capacity at Gansu Province , for example . And established the optimal model of Resources and Environment will direct the management of ecological industrial zone.The main research results:(1) Studied by Ecological Carrying Capacity and Industrial Ecology , summarized domestic and foreign research results and experience . and found the problems and deficiencies . On the basis of this in accordance with the development characteristics of Jiayuguan Industrial Zone , integrating with specific natural, ecological, and economic development of study area , construct evaluation index system of Ecological Carrying Capacity of study area from the perspective of resources and the environment(2) Utilizing AHP determines the weight of the various indicators , Analysis on quantitative and qualitative of target factors , ECC of Jiayuguan Industrial Zone is the level of middle-bearer . Basically which is able to meet requirements of the development of industrial areas, and furtherly analyse on existing many problems .(3) From a cost of view , by evaluation index system of Ecological Carrying Capacity , established the optimal model of Resources and Environment of Jiayuguan Industrial Zone . which will guide resources and environment sector to the industrial areas of management science(4) Utilizing results of optimization model and Ecological Carrying Capacity study, based on Industrial Ecology, study on the management of Jiayuguan Industrial Zone , and construct the basic framework of management . Aiming at Ecological Industry Chain and Resource Efficiency etc. is reseached , in order to carry out the whole process of resourc management, and suggest Integrated Management Mode of water resources, energy and solid waste . and strengthen industrial cooperation between enterprises, to achieve the common development of the region.
