Corrugated cardboard is one of the most widely used materials in packaing, however ,with the development of global economy, improvement of people's living material needs,the ordinary corrugated cardboard couldn't meet the needs of the customer.So various kinds of functional corrugated cardboard including far infrared corrugated cardboard areses at the historic moment.Scientific researchers of Japan and South Korea earlier studied the far infrared cardboard,and obtained some achievements.But far infrared corrugated cardboard was only a concept in China,relevant theoretical and experimental researches were insufficiency.Combing the surface treatment technology of the function board processing and the basic theory of far infrared,this topic chosen three kinds of basic powdered materials, Polyvinyl acetate emulsion used for carrier adhesives and sodium polyphosphate solution served as dispersant,and discussed the making method of the far infrared currugated cardboard sample.Based on this research,the performance of coating adhesion and far infrared radiation were studied,the influence of test factors and levels were analyzed;In order to study the far infrared carton effect on the fruits and vegetables,combined with the fresh keeping mechanism of the far infrared radiation and the main factors that affect fruit quality,the far infrared carton effect on the cherry tomatos was analyzed, and a group of good level combination was discovered,the healthy and disease free tomatos in the far infrared cartons was increased observably than that of the control.The research results of this paper provides important reference frame for the follow-up study and the production of the far infrared cardboard, and has certain practical significance.
