Corrugated Cardboard Cushion For Flat TV And Secondary Developing Module By PROE

This thesis complied with the develop trend of"Green Package"all over the world, aiming at the new age electronic products,the author made a kind of all corrugated paperboard buffer package for several kind of flat TV. Then doing cross cooperation with other subjects on the basis of the design, and establish secondary developing module according to corrugated buffer package of flat TV.On the basis of experience which numbers of electronic products were used corrugated board packaging as cushion, summing up a set of corrugated board structure which were practical, the materials economical , more convenient to fold.Do experimental research on the key cushion structure and use MATLAB software to analyse and calculate the experimental curve. DPS data-processing system will process the quadratic polynomial regression analysis with the orthogonal test data. Then obtain the mathematical relationship between force - deformation energy and each structural parameter of the corrugated board cushion, and after the diagnosis of regression model, through path analysis method to analyse the impact level of the structural parameters on the cushion structural deformation energy.Then doing simulation experiments with the cushion structure to verify the reliability of the load. This laid a foundation for cushion development module.This issue proceed from the practical application, developed a user-friendly, practical and reliable corrugated board cushion design module.The second development application modules use foreign outstanding three-dimensional software Pro/ENGINEER system as a platform, use VC++ 6.0 and Pro/TOOLKIT as the development tools .aim at flat-panel TV corrugated board cushion design. Use Pro/ENGINEER software to build a solid model of the cushion. Use Pro/Toolkit as the foundation, through the establishment of parameters relationship and control procedures to complete the acquisition, transfer and amendment of the design parameters. Using this module, designers can simply input parameters in MFC dialog without having to amend the source code .It will be able to achieve a variety of similar cushion design, unwrap and the two-dimensional drawing's formation and output.
