The article is focused on inserted-connected structure corrugated board chair, used experimental to analyze the existing structure problems, then put forward the corresponding solutions. By using the the method to enhance existing corrugated board, which was combining the corrugated cardboard and Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). Finally, used the the optimal type of corrugated cardboard to make inserted-connected structure corrugated board chair and Inventor software to simulation analysis, then carried on the static load test to analyze and summarize.The first, used KHJ-025 Furniture mechanical testing machine to carry on the static load and durability experiment of seat surface and the back of inserted-connected structure corrugated board chair.In the static load experiment, the deflection change percentage of the seat surface and the back was 1.254 and 1.192, respectively. In the durability experiment, the seat surface destroyed when was loaded up to 14355 times. By analyzing experimental result and phenomenon of destruction, employed the method of sizing embedding board to reinforced structure.Finally, used the same ways to carry on the static load and durability experiment of seat surface and the back of inserted-connected structure corrugated board chair. Found in the static load test, the deflection change percentage of the seat surface and the back was 1.075 and 0.887, respectively. Found in the durability experiment, the seat surface destroyed when was loaded up to 20873 times.The second, enhanced the corrugated cardboard with using the different types of number of plies corrugated cardboard,Medium Density Fiber board thickness and plastic, Prepared different reinforced corrugated cardboard.By designing experiment, used the SPSS to analyze the experimental data in consideration of interaction between orthogonal test case. Finally, achieved the best mechanical properties of composite reinforced corrugated cardboard was A2B3C1(Five layer corrugated board, 6mmMDF, PVAc).The last, made inserted-connected structure corrugated board chair use of reinforced corrugated board, used Inventor software to simulation analysis, at the same time. Research shows that the real value(Seat center deflection change is 4.48mm, the back center deflection change is 3.623mm) and the simulation value(Seat center deflection change is 3.82mm, the back center deflection change is 3.568mm) is very close to the results of comparison. By the comparison of corrugated chair which did not do any processing results(Seat center deflection change is 9.003mm, the back center deflection change is 6.65mm), the deflection change of the seat and back of inserted-connected structure corrugated board chair was decreased.These results indicate that, the mechanical properties of inserted-connected structure corrugated board chair was enhanced to a certain degree by enhancing the structure and materials.
