The research of vibration depressurization broken down steam injection technology is aiming for the bad present situation of GuDong Oil Field heavy oil well high steam injection pressure and low effect .Designed new type XAPJ-2 downhole low-frequency hydraulic seismic source, including vibrator specification,vibrator associated index,vibrator spring,vibrator parameter calculation step and data analysis ect. Then do same laboratory experiment about new type XAPJ-2 downhole low-frequency hydraulic seismic source which has been designed. From result of the experiment, the technology parameters have arrived the prospective design demands. The stress generated from vibration source effected case would not destroy the case; when the vibrator is working ,there is a best injection pressure and a peak power output . The peak power output could reach 18KW; the frequency of vibration is 12Hz. The technology through high-power downhole vibration source ,produce high-power fluid flow shock wave downhole , loosening the blockage in reservoir, at the same time correspondent vibration fluid corrosion the blockage and reduction heavy oil viscosity, assist later stage inverted drain ,synthesis loosening the steam injection well near wellbore area blockage , reduction heavy oil viscosity , then decrease the start-up pressure in high-pressure well, reach the aim to increase the steam injection quality and the steam injection effect .This technology use in 12 well at field ,effective rate is 100%.Aompared with before operation, apparent water injective index increase by 13.7L/(min.MPa).Compared with before steam injection , injection pressure decreased 2.1MPa, the injection dryness enhance 37.8%, the temperature increase 3.3℃. Opened 10 wells, signal well daily fluid production rate 23.5t, signal well daily oil production 6.0t,moisture content 74.5%, signal well production cycle 52d, stage oil production 2528.8t。...
