Research And Analysis On Performance Optimization Of Natural Gas Transmission And Distribution System

This article makes Dongfang-Yangpu-Haikou pipeline as research objective. In allusion to years operation of this pipeline, the aspects of pipeline corrosion, gas storage and alteration are analysed. This work is instructive and meaningful to safety and stable operation of Dongfang-Yangpu-Haikou pipeline in the future. Main research contents are as follows:The water dew point of nature gas is calculated, it can predict water condenses and corrosion in pipeline. Simulation analysis is processed for special constructions, such as horizontal bend pipe, reducing joint and tee joint in pipeline, indicates that horizontal bend pipe and reducing joint can't increase the water dew point, can't cause corrosion as well. Flow distribution of tee joint affects concentration distribution of water vapor, indicates that low velocity contributes to concentrate of water vapor, can rise water dew point partly and can cause corrosion.The gas storage capacity of gas pipeline which has a single branch is calculated. For the specified condition that the initial compressor station is closed and other stations still work as usual, the most buffer time that can meet user requirements is also calculated. Discussing the most buffer time in the condition of different initial station pressure and indicating that high delivery pressure do good to lengthen the buffer time. According to the condition that the gas storage capacity can't meet user requirements, doing simulation reform for gas pipeline and presenting two reform programâ‘ : adding looped pipeline before joint which is not meet requirementâ‘¡. exchanging other diameter pipeline before joint which is not meet requirement. Detailed reform program is presented for the second phase project.Using VB.NET to make operation software, it can realize some functions such as hydraulic calculation , gas transmission capacity, performance analysis, adjustment and alteration and so on. The software has friendly interface, and is readable, flexible, accuracy, can become the Assistant Tool in the field use.
