Study On Urban Excreta Of Integrated Management Mode Based On Circular Economy Theory

Urban excreta are wastes produced by urban residents every day, and the output is increasing with the growth of urban population. At present, the ecological chain of human excreta as manure in traditional ways have been broken, urban excreta entered into the sewage treatment system as waste, then brought series of ecological environmental problems, such as water eutrophication, reduction of clean water, serious pollution of fertilizer, soil harden. If the government cannot solve the problem of urban excreta fundamentally, the pollution of rivers and lakes will continue to spread, the situation cannot control. For urban sustainable economic development, human society health, improvement of environmental health conditions, to explore excreta disposal mode to adapt to the development of cities in China becomes the most important proposition.Based on this, this paper tries to study from circular economy theory, strengthen the theory study and know circular economy connotation comprehensively, and constantly complete the existing recycling economic principle, choose urban excreta as the research object, bring urban excreta into the category of theory and practice of circular economy. First through the theoretical research by using literature analysis, drawing on the basis of circulation economic theory and practice applications at home and abroad, according to the study on circulation economics, Marxist material exchange theory, regional economics, ecological economics and other theories, provides the theoretical support and corresponding countermeasures for the research. Second, to make a comprehensive understanding of urban excreta, analyze its pollution and resource and disposal situation of excreta at present, draw on the successful experience of handling systems of from abroad, analyze China's several existing excreta treatment system, put forward a management mode of urban excreta for China. Then, based on the defects of domestic circulation economic theory and problems existing in the disposal process of city excreta, and puts forward the comprehensive management mode of ecological circular of urban excreta, and analyzes the pattern required for technical support and operation flow of information and constructs the ecosystem circulation management mode city excreta disposal urban and rural combined system. Finally, to promote ecological cycle comprehensive management of urban excreta made the strategic target, establishes the operation platform needed, and puts forward some suggestions.
