In this paper, Gu jia tai iron ore as engineering background, based on the a large number of geological data collection of Gu jia tai-iron, by using of the mining software SURPAC, we built Gu jia tai iron ore geological model and mining model of three-dimensional visualization. Through the collection and entry of data mining of the borehole, we established the Gu jia tai iron ore geological database, to achieve the three-dimensional visualization of the mining area and built Gu jia tai iron ore model of three-dimensional digital platforms. And then converted the three-dimensional visual model of the geological to block model,and imported into the software FLAC3D, Carried out mechanics analysis of the mining and filling process of the three-dimensional Stope with the parameters of Status quo,to get the law of the distribution of stress,displacement and plastic zone of stope structures.This study work is as follows:(1) based on the a large number of geological data collection of Gu jia tai-iron, by using of the mining software SURPAC ,we built Gu jia tai iron ore geological model and mining model of three-dimensional visualization.(2) By using of the mining software SURPAC and the software FLAC3D,we imported the model of SURPAC into the software FLAC3Dand calculation.Fast modeling of FLAC3D and improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation,and the model is more accordant to the actual shape.(3) A new method of FLAC3D modeling of multi-grids and simulation is proposed based on SURPAC software. The stope is divided by solid models and constraint combination in SURPAC,so we can divide the stope in FLAC3D. The stope separation problems of filling process are also really simulated.And numerical simulation is carried out.(4) Using the converted simulation model of FLAC3D, according to the mining method of Gu jia tai iron ore, we carried out mechanics numerical simulation of excavation process with the mining parameters of Status quo of Gu jia tai iron ore. By the mechanical analysis of the roof, pillar and filling, we can get the law of the distribution of stress,displacement and plastic zone. So a theoretical basis can be provided for the mine's safe and rational exploitation.
