F– 1000 drilling pump is horizontal triplex single reciprocating plunger pump, long troke, low blunt number, small volume, disassembling convenient, But the field of bad working environment makes some of the main parts easy damage, therefore, this text use numerical simulation method simulating analysis of these parts, finding out the stress level distribution and the weak link, in order to provide necessary improvement design basis for lossing the drilling pump weight and reducing the cost and balancing machine stress, so it can shorten the research and development cycle,it has very realistic engineering significance.First ,this article searchs and read related literature materials, analysis F - 1000 drilling pump's sports and stress,Summarizes the power terminal and the hydraulic power's basic calculation theory, uses EXCEL calculated main parts's stress value in the various working conditions, Summarizes the worest working environment that is ?1 70 ?1 6.6mmfor contrasting, in order to provide the numerical analysis basis for ANSYS finite element analysis, calculaties bearing life.Secondly, because of the complex structure, use SolidWorks completing of the main shaft components's 3d modeling, the main shaft contain crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, intermediate draw bar, piston rod, frame and valve box.Finally, import the three-dimensional entity into ANSYS, in the normal condition and extreme conditionsimulation analysis of crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, intermediate draw bar and piston rod's stress distribution respectively. Simulation analysis of valve box's stress distribution in 34.5 MPa of the maximum design work pressure and 52MPa of the maximum test pressure. Simulation analysis of drilling frame's stress distribution in normal conditions.The result verify that the parts of the pump can satisfied the intensity requirements.
