The automation level of the potassium sulfate production processe is high,operation method is not easy to master,so it need simulation training system with high security and training efficiency to train relevant personnel.Thickener is an important part of the process of potassium sulfate,carries on the simulation and prediction for it is very meaningful.The main research contents of this paper include the establishment of thickener model and the development simulation training system using the experiments research methods of theoretical analysis,software simulation and engineering experiments.The specific contents are as follows:The dynamic model of the thickener was established by mechanism analysis method;this paper using experimental research shows the subsidence curve of deposition in the thickener,considering the difference of thickener sectional area obtained the one-dimensional deposition flux model for the deposition of potassium sulfate process.The model preferable describes the effects of the feed flow rate and concentration,the underflow flow on the underflow concentration.According to the need of training,the control program of thickener operation is simulated,the simulation training have the function of dynamic simulation and training operation.The whole process simulation training system of potassium sulfate production process provides a construction method and thought for simulation and training system.Based on a summary and analysis of the production technology and equipment,this paper mainly introduces the development of simulation system of dense subsystem.According to the operator simulation module and online teaching module this paper introduced the hardware structure and software modules of simulation training system,the system configuration;function description and mathematical modeling,software architecture of the system is given in this paper.Based on the C/S architecture using industrial control software the system realize the typical process of simulation training system consist of process flow diagram,operation interface,equipment start-up and shutdown procedures,Based on the B/S structure the system realize the knowledge base and answer system using network technology.
