Climate is the important condition of people living on the earth. climate change will affect the normal life of each one of us. Pursuit of rapid economic development at the same time, we also paid a price——climate deteriorating. According to the data released by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC), shows that the problem of global warming is very worthy of our concern. In the 21 st century, global temperatures are likely to rise 1.1 to 6.4 degrees celsius, which will cause a large number of animals and plants extinction. Intuitive data shocking us, the environmental problems are more important than economic interests. This paper is to study and discuss the relationship between carbon emission and economic growth in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region. The paper studies the relevant analysis of this issue at our country and abroad, and then The relationship between carbon emission and economic growth in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region was analyzed. The main research methods include descriptive statistics, the time series methods and spatial econometric methods. The main research content includes three parts: The first part is the analysis of the present situation of the emission and economic growth in the region of Beijing Tianjin Hebei carbon, and find that Beijing have obvious advantages in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. The second part is The second part is empirical research between carbon emissions and economic growth. The results showed that a long-term equilibrium relationship exists between carbon emissions and economic growth in Beijing, Tianjin, and the analysis shows that economic growth is the Granger cause of carbon emissions, although the impact of carbon emissions to economic growth is not significant. The third part is the study of the relationship between the three production layout and carbon emission in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region. Decoupling research draws the conclusion of Beijing, Tianjin and overall carbon emissions and economic growth present a weak decoupling state, and study three industrial emissions of carbon dioxide and I found that the Hebei Province, the first industrial carbon emission intensity is low, secondary industry of Beijing carbon emissions is low and in Tianjin tertiary industry carbon emissions intensity is low. And Beijing, Tianjin and the integral of the second industry and the third industry carbon emissions volume increase in the slow. Finally, found the space of the third industry distribution of tertiary industry in Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin are at different levels of development, then select districts and counties of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region to do the analysis of the spatial econometric. Finally puts forward the conclusion and some suggestions in the end of the paper.
